Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see where your order has got to.

Where do I find my order number?

It is in the subject line and the body of your order confirmation email, and on your invoice. It is a number like 8249. If you created an account, every order is also listed under your account.

What each status means

Processing

Payment received in full. We are preparing your order for dispatch.

On hold

The booking amount is paid and the balance is not collected yet. Most orders sit here until the remaining 90% is handed over in cash on delivery. Nothing is wrong.

Completed

Dispatched. Your order is on its way or already delivered.

Cancelled

The order was cancelled, by you or by us. If you were charged, the refund follows our refund and returns policy.
