These terms govern your use of purityindia.in and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering. If anything here is unclear, call us on +91 84477 20939 before you buy rather than after.

Who you are dealing with

Placing an order means you accept these terms as they stand on the day you order.

How an order is made and paid for

Most orders on this site are placed with a booking amount of 10% of the item price, paid online. The remaining 90% is paid in cash when the order is delivered. The exact split is shown against every item in your cart before you pay anything.

If you would rather pay in full up front, choose Pay full amount at checkout.

The online portion is processed by Razorpay by credit card, debit card or net banking. We do not see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed once the booking amount is received. Until then no stock is reserved.

Prices and product information

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already confirmed.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are indicative; minor variation in finish, fittings or packaging is normal and is not a defect. Where a product page states capacity, dimensions or a warranty period, that statement is the one that applies.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Call or email us and we will refund the booking amount in full.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns section below applies instead.

Delivery

Delivery is free across the locations we serve, with no minimum order value. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, and most reach their destination within 10 to 15 days, depending on where you are.

Couriers deliver between 9am and 7pm. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery directly with them.

If you order several items and one is out of stock, we may ship the rest first rather than hold the whole order.

Installation and warranty

The warranty period for each product is stated on its product page.

Installation must be carried out by us or by an installer we authorise. Warranty is void where a unit has been installed, opened or modified by the customer or by an unauthorised person. This is not a formality: incorrect installation is the most common cause of failure in these products.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover consumables such as filters and membranes beyond their stated life, damage from misuse, or damage caused by water quality outside the unit’s stated operating range.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Using this website

The text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to Purity RO Enterprises or are used with permission. You may browse, share links and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or republish our content commercially without our written permission.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limits on our liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for honouring the warranty stated on the product page. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, such as loss of business or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Events outside our control

Delivery timelines assume normal conditions. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural events, strikes or government restrictions. Where such a delay occurs we will tell you and, if you prefer, cancel and refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the terms in force on the day you order are the ones that govern that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
